Historical Society History Trunks at Highlands Ranch Days at the Mansion 2014

The Historical Society had a great time helping at the 2014 Highlands Ranch Days, held at the beautiful Highlands Ranch Mansion in September 2014.  We were once again priviledged to present the Historical Trunks, which contained goodies from yester-year, grouped into items representing Daily Life, Ranching and Work-Related, and School Days.

No doubt about it, the Old Time Clothes and implements were a big hit, with the young and young-at-heart alike!

Thank you to our many dedicated volunteers, who radiated joy and fun as they helped our visitors.  Well over 1000 people visited the Mansion that day, with even more attending the many events outdoors. 

A fun and educational time was had by all!
