The HRHS has an opening on the Leadership Team for a Volunteer position: 

Digital Communications Manager.

This position is volunteer, non-paid, as the HRHS is a non-profit, 501 (c) (3) organization in Highlands Ranch.

  2.   Working with Constant Contact, a major marketing/content manager program.
  3.   Communicating and collaborating closely with the Board of Directors of a local, successful community non-profit.

  1. CONSTANT CONTACT: Become familiar with the operations of CONSTANT CONTACT.

--Send out eblasts for programs/tours/announcements, etc. Eblasts are scheduled several times a month.

--Keep Email Database current, adding, removing, modifying contacts as needed. 

--Develop spreadsheets as needed to track responses, status of contacts.

  1. DRUPAL & WORD PRESS  WEBSITE : is a Drupal website.  This will be transitioning to a WordPress site.  The Webmaster has primary responsibility for the website.  The Digital Communications Manager will be a backup to the Webmaster, as well as provide website updates within certain areas.  Initially this DC Manager will become familiar with DRUPAL to the extent that rather simple website program promotions and announcements can be added, changed, and edited.  Additional website responsibilities may be added as confidence and knowledge grows and as the WordPress site becomes activated.


  1. WEBSITE STANDARDS: Utilize already established standards to be used when creating website entries. The Webmaster has online documentation to indicate the various standards to be adhered to (e.g. font size, font type, color schemes, etc.)
  2. MONTHLY TASKS: Work closely with the Program Chairperson and Tour Director to set-up the eBlasts (informational Email sent from Constant Contact announcing our monthly program and periodic tours) and website (our public facing platform to the public).

 Posting on Social Media as appropriate.

Operating the computer at monthly program meetings at Southridge or Mansion.

  1. ADDITIONAL TASKS added as Needed:

Attending Monthly BOD meetings, etc.


  1.  Prior experience with websites, email, and/or contact managers needed.
  2.  Ability to participate in monthly HRHS activities, some in person, but primarily via performing the Duties online.
  3. Ability to communicate effectively with Board Members.
