The Fly'n B: Colorful History and Characters, NOT Just Another Farmhouse!

Date and Time:
Monday, September 18, 2017 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm

In fact, the Fly'n B, also known as the Plews House,  shares a connection with greenhouses, Johnny Appleseed, social gatherings, gambling, mobsters, car bombing, “More Horsepower for the Dollar”,  children at play,  airplanes, and the Gates Rubber Company!  They all were involved, at various times, with the property we today call The Fly’n B Park.

Today the FlyN’B house remains, a sentinel looking west, perhaps remembering those days when so many  varied people and activities flourished on the grounds.  This fascinating look back at the people who lived and worked at or near the Fly’n B will capture your imagination, and send your thoughts soaring as the Park looks towards it’s bright future as a welcome escape and refuge for those seeking recreation here at the edge of Highlands Ranch.
