Families: The Welte, Gassner, and Renner families, who established and lived on the Cheese Ranch. Presented by David Johnston, Historical Society
Farming: The farming and ranching activities, and structures on Cheese Ranch. Presented by Laura Lacerte, Metro Ranger
The Cheese production and tasting, highlighting brick cheese and Limburger cheese. Presented by Colin Powers, Whole Foods
Fermentation: Beer!! History and Tasting. Presented by Nate Wannlund, Grist Brewery
This program was coordinated by HR Metro Districts Ranger Laura Lacerte, and held onsite at the Cheese Ranch, Friday, Sept. 16, 2016.
