Castle Rock Mueum and Trolly Tour

The HR Historical Society participants in this first-ever Castle Rock Trolley Tour all agree............Castle Rock ROCKS!  What a great time we had, Rocking and Rolling along in our vintage Trolley, expertly driven by Les, and with fascinating historical narration by Shaun Boyd, with the Douglas County History Research Center and Castle Rock Historical Society!

We met at the Castle Rock Museum, at 420 Elbert Street in Castle Rock.   Museum /Historical Society members were gracious and welcoming!  Our group toured the Museum both before and after the Trolley Tour.   The Museum is fabulous, and is a little-known gem.....we encourage all to visit them!

The Trolley Tour took us all around Castle Rock.  What a great way to see and experience the history and lore of this interesting, historical, and yet very modern town.
