Gift Shop
The Pahaska Tepee was built as the original Museum in 1921 and remains today as the Museum gift shop and café. This extensive and entertaining shopping experience has been a regional tourist destination for many decades.

Food Services
The Pahaska Tepee Café, in our gift shop, offers full grill service featuring buffalo entrees, burgers, ice cream and plenty of homemade fudge.

Picnic
The Museum offers several picnic areas that are available year-round. Grilling is not permitted on Museum grounds; however there are tables with grills at Lookout Mountain Park, located at the base of the Museum entrance.

Hiking
A one-mile mountain trail connects the Buffalo Bill Museum to the Lookout Mountain Nature Center. The Nature Center provides maps to other regional trails. Hikers are reminded to wear appropriate shoes, carry water, be aware of wildlife, and to keep pets on a leash.
