The Civilian Conservation Corp Camp

Jim Hansmann, Curator at the Castle Rock Museum will present a program on the Depression Era Civilian Conservation Corp Camp which was located  here in Castle Rock. This was  a New Deal Program to put young men to work. Learn what the camp did and what evidence there remains of their work in Douglas County today. This talk coincides with the Exhibit on display at the museum.  The exhibit will close this Saturday 12 July.
